If you are looking for a simple wire bracelet tutorial, look no further. We got you covered! Here is what you will need for this project:
- 16 Gauge Wire
- Round Nose Pliers
- Flat Pliers
- Wire Cutters
Step 1: Take the round nose pliers and clamp down on the wire.
Wrap the wire around until you have a U-shape like this.
Step 2: Grab onto the “U” about a millimeter from the top and bend the wire around in the other direction.
Now you have half of a heart shape.
Step 3: Clamp down on the valley you created and cross the free end over to close the heart. Tip: It may help to think of it as making an “M” shape.
Step 4: Twist the tail end over a few times using your fingers or flat pliers.
Step 5: Clip off any excess wire with your wire cutters.
Step 6: Find something circular and roughly the size of your wrist. Wrap the wire around that object until it looks like a bracelet.
Step 7: Lastly, curve the end of the bracelet over to make a little clasp. You can now hook that over the heart to close it.
There ya go! A cool looking, BUT easy to make, heart bracelet!
