Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I’m so excited for 2018 and everything it will add to my life. I know this is also the time for New Years Resolutions so I’m gonna do something different for this blog since it’s the end of the year. I’m gonna give you some tips for how to keep your New Years Resolutions because I know how hard it can be.

  1. First of all, you need to set reachable goals. For example, instead of saying, “I’m gonna start working out” you should say, “I’m gonna work out 3 times a week”.
  2. Don’t set yourself millions of goals. Start with a few reachable goals and as you achieve your goals, give yourself more goals.
  3. Make sure your goals are for yourself and not just because your friends or family want you to do it.
  4. Either write down your plan or keep a calender for yourself to write down your daily goals.
  5. Tell people you can trust about your goals so that you will be held accountable.
  6. Reward yourself once you reach a goal. For example, once I get 10 Scholarship offers, I’m gonna let myself get a massage.
